Duo Deconet are considered the chamber musician pioneers of the 21st century for Latin American music in Australia. Their aim is to promote the music of a new generation of established living Latin American composers, regularly offering premieres in the Asia-Pacific region. The contemporary and eclectic repertoire performed by Duo Deconet, incorporates the vast and amazing 20th and 21st century repertoire from: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Mongolia, Panama, Peru, Spain, Uruguay and Venezuela.

City Suite is an exciting project based on poetry celebrating the City, our city, your city. Jacqueline Buswell gives inspiration for new music and visuals, with local and international collaborations.

This event is proudly presented by ANCLAS-ANU and sponsored by the Embassies of Mexico, Venezuela, Spain, Cuba, Peru and Uruguay.

Jacqueline Buswell, when not writing poetry, works at Language Professionals as a Spanish translator and translation manager.
